Steven LaPointe is the Chief Information Officer of XO Health, where he oversees IT strategy alignment with organizational goals, security compliance, technology partner relationships, and team development. 

Throughout his career working in global information technology for manufacturing companies, Steven has developed a deep expertise in systems consolidation, cyber security and risk management, M&A projects, process improvement and financial reporting. He understands how to smoothly develop and undergo process and technology improvements to make for a more effective and efficient business.

Steven believes deeply in XO Health’s mission, growth potential, and is excited to bring his technical expertise to the team transforming healthcare.
