Melissa Ehresman is the Senior Vice President of Experience, where she is responsible for all operational aspects of delivering a world class advocacy-oriented experience for plan members and healthcare providers.

Melissa has over 25 years of experience in operations and customer experience. Prior to joining XO Health, Melissa led the Medicare Advantage Direct to Consumer team at UnitedHealthcare, where she was responsible for creating omni-channel experiences that fostered simplicity and trust for consumers. Melissa also has an extensive background in building and leading digital product management and operations teams at USAA, Genworth Financial, and Capital One, where her focus was to envision, develop, and deliver integrated digital customer experiences and capabilities across .com, mobile, voice and emerging channels. Melissa began her career with GE’s Technical Leadership program leading initiatives within their Distribution and Customer Service organization to drive process improvement and innovation.
