SVP, Head of Commercial

Scott Roth is the Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial for XO Health with responsibility for commercial strategy, business development and client success.

Scott has 20+ years of experience in the health care industry with a focus on commercial strategy, product and business development.  He has experience in creating market disrupting strategies, strategic network solutions including value-based contracting models, strategy development, program design and implementation, and change management. Scott joined XO as the Vice President of Product, where he was responsible for setting product strategy and creating strategic partnerships critical for XO’s successful launch.  Prior to joining XO, Scott served as Vice President of Sales for Nomi Health where he was responsible for building the sales team, revenue operations and go-to-market strategy.  Before that, he held a variety of leadership roles with various focuses on commercial strategy, client success and business optimization at Aetna and CVS Health.

Scott is excited to bring his passion and experience in creating multi-channel distribution and commercial strategies to match XO’s unique product offerings and drive revenue growth and customer retention.  He strives to be a catalyst for change and pushes his team and the organization to disrupt the status quo that has failed us for too long.
