He drives strategic planning, cross-functional execution, and performance management, while embedding AI-native workflows and automation to build a faster, smarter healthcare organization.

He has deep experience at the intersection of healthcare, operations, and technology, with a background that spans major health plans, high-growth startups, and stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem—including providers, health systems, and third-party administrators. Prior to joining XO, Steve held leadership roles in operations, strategy, and business transformation, where he led multi-billion dollar technology implementations, built integrated operating frameworks, and drove cross-functional collaboration.
