As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance, XO Health is providing access to Machine-Readable Files (MRFs) in accordance with the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
About the Rule
The Transparency in Coverage Rule, established by CMS, requires health plans and insurers to make pricing information publicly available. This is intended to empower consumers, support informed decision-making, and encourage greater competition in the healthcare market.
To comply with these requirements, XO Health is publishing the following files:
In-Network Negotiated Rates
Detailed rates that XO Health has negotiated with in-network providers for all covered services.
Out-of-Network Allowed Amounts
Historical amounts paid to, and billed charges from, out-of-network providers.
