Matthew Fujisawa

Chief Financial Officer

Matt is Chief Financial Officer of XO Health, where he oversees all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and investor relations.

He has extensive experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, ranging from early-stage startups to large, publicly traded companies. Prior to joining XO, Matthew held multiple leadership roles in finance, corporate development, and strategy at leading healthcare companies, including BenevolentAI and Northwell Health. He was previously an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company in the global Healthcare and Life Sciences practice where he led engagements with traditional healthcare payers and providers, as well as HealthTech, biopharma, and life sciences companies and investors.

Matt brings his long-standing passion for healthcare innovation and growing tech-enabled businesses to XO Health, and he is excited to help reimagine and transform employer-sponsored care.
