Richard Schneider

SVP, Product and Data Intelligence

Rick Schneider is the SVP of Product and Data Intelligence for XO Health, overseeing the XO Health Technical Product Management team who ensure that technical functions and features of a product align with the strategic vision, client or business requirements, and business goals. He is also responsible for the XO Health Data Engineering team that designs, builds, and maintains the data infrastructure, including data integrations, transformations, storage, analysis, business intelligence reporting and integrity. 

Rick brings 20 years of experience in health plan, health insurance, value-based care strategy, operations, reporting and financial leadership across healthcare. He understands customer needs and has experience designing insightful reporting to meet those needs. Previously, Richard held leadership positions at Aetna, Cigna, and Signify Health.  

After spending two decades in support of commercial health plans, Richard joined XO Health so that he could focus on bringing value-based care innovation to employers, members, and providers.
