SVP, Operations and Payment Integrity

Teri Pung is the SVP of Operations and Payment Integrity XO Health, where she oversees core plan administration, including eligibility, claims processing, billing, and payment integrity. 

With over 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Teri is a seasoned and growth-oriented health care leader, with a demonstrated commitment to elevating the quality of products, services, and operations that change the healthcare ecosystem. She previously held executive leadership roles at Amerihealth Caritas, OneHome Health-Humana, and myNEXUS.  

Having worked on both the payer and provider side of healthcare, Teri has learned how important it is to reduce the cost and complexity associated with medical services while also improving the quality of care and ease of access. Teri knows that self-insured employers are uniquely aware of the need to simplify healthcare and reduce costs and she is excited to bring her experience to help XO Health disrupt healthcare in a positive way for providers and customers.
